How does counselling help?
Who is counselling for?
By giving you the opportunity to talk openly and honestly about the things that are on your mind now, as well as the things that have happened in the past, you will begin to notice patterns emerge.
Recognising these patterns will help things become clearer and will make it easier for you to decide how and what you would like to change to be able to achieve your goals.
You will learn things about your own behaviour which will help you to make better decisions in the future and will also help you to understand why other people might behave the way they do around you.
At Reef Counselling, we offer counselling for anyone aged 18 years or over.
We can all face difficult times in our lives, no matter our age, gender, race or social status; and our belief at Reef Counselling is that our services should be available to all who require them.
Sessions are one-to-one and last 50 minutes, usually on a weekly basis.
Each session will cost £45 and is payable either in cash at the beginning of the appointment, or by bank transfer 48 hours prior to your session.
Concessions are available for NHS, forces and ex-forces, and students. Please ask for details when you book your appointment.
If you do need to cancel your session, please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment or full session fees will still apply.
